The bed was comfy, and there was a decent view of the river, making it easy to get around with the underground nearby. The room's structural concerns added to the discomfort. the leisure room did offer some relaxation, and the nearby landmarks like One Canada Square and the Museum of London Docklands provided opportunities for family bonding and exploration.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to train lines and underground services. It saved me a lot of time and hassle during my business trip. the staff at the reception desk and concierge were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided great advice on sightseeing and were always willing to assist with any requests.

the communication with some of the staff was a bit challenging as they had limited English proficiency.

We were pleased to know that many of London's theatres were within a few miles of the hotel, making it the perfect excuse to spend the night away and fully enjoy our evening out. The whole family enjoyed visiting the never-ending list of attractions that London has to offer. People of all ages could marvel at the interactive scientific experiments and fun facts on offer at the Science Museum.

My wife says that there's limited air conditioning on the first floor, which would be great for families with children.

We enjoyed the blackout curtains that blocked out the morning light, though we had a rough experience with a pricey and less-than-tasty late-night room service sandwich that we wouldn't order again. a decent stay with solid amenities and great service! 🌟

One slight drawback was that the shower temperature was a bit tricky to regulate, as it tended to fluctuate between scolding hot and freezing cold.

The hotel is super close to all the cool theatres where we saw live shows like Jack the Ripper Murders and The Great Plague - so creepy and fun! Plus, the location is prime for party-goers with loads of cool events within reach and tons of fun places to explore. Great for a young crowd!
